Two Cat Filled Days

This past weekend I went to CatCon. This was my second year, and it was even better than the first CatCon experience. The weekend was filled with all things cats, and I loved every minute of it. If you are a cat lover, then CatCon should definitely be on your bucket list. the weekend is filled with amazing vendors providing only the best for you furbabies. Even more amazing presenters talking about the best ways to keep our cats happy and healthy. And so much more. It is two cat filled days that goes by way too quickly.

Cat People Are The Best

One of the best things about CatCon is the people. Cat people are truly the best people. Our love for our cats brings us together. We all want the same things. To find the best ways to get our cats happy and healthy. We love to share pictures of our cats and stories about how they make us happy. I have formed some amazing friendships with people who I have met at CatCon.

Being able to reconnect with some of my favorite cat people is the absolute best. We are spread all over the country, so CatCon weekend is the purrfect time for all of us to reconnect and spend time with each other. Phone calls, texts, and Zoom can only go so far. Being physically present with each other fills up our hearts and souls. Getting to hug the necks and enjoy the time of friends who have become family is quite possibly the best part of the whole weekend.

Cat Goodies, Presentations, & More

Spending two cat filled days at CatCon allows one to fully browse all the vendors with their amazing goodies for you and your furbabies. So many fun things, from stickers and pins to clothing and jewelry, to decor. And don’t forget the amount of cat toys and clothing for your cats. One of each please! Luckily, I can only buy what I can take back on the plane, because I would definitely go broke spending two cat filled days at CatCon!

But CatCon is not only about the goodies, each day, there are amazing presenters gracing the CatCon stage. Talking about cat health issues, the best ways to keep your cats toxic free, and what it means to be a CatFluencer. These presentations are full of great information, tips and tricks all geared towards our cats. And of course, there are meet n greets. Times set up for you to meet some of your favorite cats and cat people that you follow on social media. Being able to meet and pet Uno, the one-eared cat was a definite highlight of the weekend for me.

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

Those two cat filled days are the most wonderful time of the year for me. Being totally engrossed in all things cats just fills up my heart and soul. Anyone who knows me, knows that I will do anything and everything for my cats. It warms my heart to be around so many others who feel the same way. If you ever get a chance to go to CatCon, or any of the other cat conventions around the country, take the opportunity to surround yourself with like-minded people who love their cats as much as you love yours.
