My First CatCon

This past weekend, I flew to Pasadena, California to attend my first CatCon and it was epic! I was not fully prepared for what I was immersed in for 2 days. It was absolutely amazing. More than amazing! This past weekend will forever be one of the greatest weekends of my life! From meeting so many amazing people to all of the amazing products for our babies, as well as ourselves. But the thing that hit me the most was the vibe. The energy. I have always said that Cat People are the BEST kind of people. And this past weekend confirmed that sentiment. Cat People ARE the BEST people!

2 Days of Pure Bliss

For 2 full days, I was surrounded by my people. My fellow cat lovers. Those who love their cats as much as I love mine. It was bliss. Pure bliss. There was so much to take in and see. It literally took me both days to be able to see everything. Lots of really cool products for sale. Handmade cat toys, artwork, clothing for you and your cats. Zazzles got a couple of new ties. I got the babies some new catnip toys. Picked up some stickers and artwork from Leezaworks. And of course, I picked up a couple of t-shirts for me. You know, the must-haves.

The seven hours spent each day at CatCon were awesome. However, it was the time that I spent on Friday and Saturday evenings with some really awesome people that made this past weekend so very special for me. Not only was I finally able to see old friends in real life, but I was able to meet and hang out with people that I have been following for years. Might have had a complete FanGirl moment when I met Surfer Cat Mav, Nathan the Cat Lady, and Sterling “The Trap King” Davis. Let’s not even talk about the feeling of being able to FINALLY hug the necks of Jae & Adrienne, The Two Crazy Cat Ladies, AND Sally, from Mission Meow. And so many others really awesome people.

My Heart is FULL!

Like I said, this past weekend will forever be locked in as one of the greatest weekends of my life. I left for CatCon feeling excited and a little anxious. I returned feeling fulfilled and a little sad. The weekend was exhausting, and I am still recovering from it, but it was also magical, and it truly went by so quickly. Almost too quick. I am counting down the days to CatCon 2024, where I will actually have a booth of my own to peddle my Moon Mojo Feline chakra kits and help cats shift their energies. Until then, I will hold dear to my heart the memories that were created at CatCon 2023!
